Billy Bush is a radio and television host from the United States. He is a member of the Bush family, the nephew of former President George H. W. Bush, and the cousin of former presidents George W. Bush and Jeb Bush, the governor of Florida.

In 2004, Bush took over as the program’s main anchor after serving as a correspondent for Access Hollywood from 2001 to 2004. Bush previously served as the host of The Billy Bush Show, a nationally syndicated conversation and music radio program that ran from 2008 until 2014.

After being appointed a co-host for Today’s third hour, he left Access Hollywood in 2016. Bush’s appearance on the Today Show was brief because, in October 2016, during the presidential election, he sparked controversy when the 2005 Access Hollywood audio surfaced.
