Jim Axelrod is an American journalist working as the chief investigative and senior national correspondent for CBS News, reporting for “CBS This Morning,” Prior to WRAL, Axelrod served at WSTM-TV Syracuse, NY and WUTR-TV Utica, NY. He started his career at WVII-TV Bangor, ME in 1989.
