Mark Finan is an American journalist and weather forecaster who has been the Chief Meteorologist at KCRA3 since 1991. Mark used to work in Rochester, N.Y., before joining KCRA3. His curiosity about the weather began when he was still a young boy.

Mark was one of the first meteorologists to receive the rank of an American Meteorological Society Accredited Broadcast Meteorologist in the world. Mark has been named ‘Best TV Weather Guy’ every year by Sacramento Magazine since 2000.
