She later co-hosted Internet Tonight with Scott Herriott on ZDTV, a regular look at Internet news and websites that were insightful, interesting, and humorous. Pereira became a frequent host of TechLive after the cancellation of Internet Tonight in 2001, remaining in that role until 2004 when she signed with KTLA in Los Angeles. On February 6, 2004, she hosted her last TechLive show, after which TechTV started the process of merging with G4 the next month, leading to its demise.
Pereira co-hosted coverage of the Tournament of Roses Parade on January 1, 2007, with former game show host Bob Eubanks, replacing Stephanie Edwards. In 2008, again with Eubanks, Pereira co-hosted the parade coverage.
