Monty Torres is an American journalist currently working as a 10 O’clock news anchor and reporter for KMPH Fox26. He started his broadcasting career as a weekend anchor at KWHY-TV in Los Angeles, California, then became morning co-host for KCOP-TV’s community affairs show “In the Studio,” in Los Angeles for 3 seasons. He has held positions as the L.A. Bureau chief of the Philippine News and as anchor and reporter at KMIR-TV in Palm Springs, California.
