Natalie Morales is an American journalist and has been co-hosting CBS’s Daytime Talk show, “The Talk” for a few years now. She previously worked for NBC in different capacities, starting as a Today anchor and going on to appear on Dateline NBC and NBC Nightly News

After the Rio Summer Olympics in 2016, Morales decided to move to Los Angeles and became a host of Today on NBC as well as Billy Bush’s replacement on Access Hollywood and Access Hollywood Live. She continued working as a correspondent for NBC’s Dateline.

In addition to her career working for NBC, Natalie Morales has co-hosted a series on Reelz called Behind Closed Doors.

Morales had begun working at Chase Bank after college before she began pursuing her journalism career. She began her on-air career at News 12 The Bronx as the first-morning anchor under News 12. Natalie also served as a camera operator, editor, and producer for the network.

She later went on to serve as a weekend anchor/reporter and morning co-anchor at WVIT-TV in Hartford, Connecticut. There she reported on the Columbine shootings, Hurricane Floyd and the 2000 Presidential election, and also the September 11th, 2001 attacks. She covered major stories such as the 2004 Presidential election, the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, the Iraqi prisoner abuse, Operation Iraqi Freedom and the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster, the 2002 Beltway sniper attacks, and the investigation and trial of Scott Peterson. She has also named Hispanic Magazines Top Trendsetters of 2003.

Natalie joined the Today show in 2006 as a national correspondent and she later then named the co-anchor of the third hour of the show in March 2008. Om May 9th, 2011 Natalie replaced Ann Curry as the news anchor for Today. This was when Ann Curry succeeded Meredith Viera as the host of Today in June 2011. Natalie later moved to host Access and also become the Today Show West Anchor. In 2019 she stepped away from hosting Access and remained as the Today Show West Coast anchor.
