Phillip was born in Lawton, Oklahoma, but he moved around a lot when he was growing up. He’s lived in places like Shreveport, Louisiana; Wichita, Kansas; Memphis, Tennessee; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Evergreen, Colorado.
