Steve Sosna is an American television meteorologist who previously worked at NBC10 First Alert Weather team. Currently, Steve has not announced where he is going next, however, he mentioned that he may have got a position in DC. Prior to joining NBC10, he was a Senior Weather Producer and meteorologist at NBC 4 in New York and a regular meteorologist for MSNBC and CNBC.

After years of delivering weather updates for NBC10 Philadelphia, Steve Sosna has announced his departure from the station. The reason for his exit is that his husband has landed an incredible job in the federal government, and the couple will be relocating to Washington, D.C. Sosna’s last day at NBC10 will be March 3, 2023, and he plans to join his husband in a month.

Sosna expressed his excitement for his husband’s dream job and pledged to support him fully, as his partner had followed him to Philadelphia six years ago for his broadcast meteorology career. While Sosna has yet to disclose the details of his new role, he did share that he has secured a fabulous opportunity at a station in the DC-Baltimore area.
