Trevor Jackson is an actress, musician, songwriter, and American dancer. He is best recognized as Grown-ish on Aaron Jackson’s unique Free Form series, Eureka on Syfy’s unique series Kevin Blake, on Disney Channel’s TV movie image Let It Shine, and American Crime on Kevin LaCroix. Other striking roles include the Broadway melodic The Lion King, where he played the Young Simba, and the Cold Case and Harry’s Law TV visitor star work.

After his run with The Lion King, he transitioned from Broadway to the small screen, appearing as a guest star in an episode of Cold Case in 2010, when he was only 8 years old. He’s played Kevin Blake in Eureka’s last two seasons from 2010 to 2012. In early 2011, Jackson formed a “behind the scene” collective at the time known as “B(before 20)12” with other up-and-coming music artists. This didn’t last long as success ripped the collective apart before it ever went into mainstream. His run on TV starring in an episode of Harry’s Law continued in August 2011, for which he received the Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a TV Series for his role as Willie Blue. Jackson also appeared on the Disney Channel TV show, Austin & Ally, as a guest star.

Jackson sponsored the “No Weapons Allowed” campaign by Snoop Dogg by releasing his own cover of the “No Weapons Allowed” single by Snoop Lion in March 2013. Jackson volunteered at Chicago’s Ronald McDonald House Charities in April 2013. On July 29, 2013, Jackson participated in the Strike Out Cystic Fibrosis Bowling Charity Event. The Duffy’s Hope, 11th Annual Teen Youth Empowerment Summit was organized by Jackson in Dover, Delaware on August 3, 2013.
