Trisha Goddard is an English actress and television presenter known for her talk show Trisha, which aired on ITV in the middle of the morning before moving to Channel 5. Since 2010, when she began working on Maury as a conflict resolution expert, Goddard has been based in the United States. Additionally, she was the host of The Trisha Goddard Show, the American version of her own talk show. Goddard has been presenting You Are What You Eat since 2022.

Trisha Goddard Show
Goddard took over as host of Anglia Television’s BAFTA-winning daytime talk show Trisha in 1998 after returning to the United Kingdom. Together with Malcolm Allsop, the former Director of Programmes and Production for ITV Anglia, she established Town House TV, her own private production company for television.
Goddard left ITV in September 2004 to join Five in a new show called Trisha Goddard, which premiered on January 24, 2005. It was about relationships, families in trouble, and getting back together, much like her previous show. Town House Productions was in charge of making the show. It was observed that, in the early stages of the show, repeats of her ITV show continued to receive higher ratings than her new Five show.
Five made the announcement in January 2009 that, for financial reasons, it would not be renewing its contract. Goddard has appeared as a panelist on several episodes of ITV’s Loose Women.
