Kidd started working on her when she was just a kid with her father. Her father was a prime example of “anything is possible.” She was so sure growing up that all dads were like that. However, she humbled and fortunate that her dad was an exception, not the rule.
Her first career choice was attending a Real Estate course, mainly because everyone else thought she would be great at it, and she quickly took a job with a home builder as a sales rep. Though she learned a lot, Catrina was always wanting more, overtime turned into her selling houses, designing houses, decorating houses, and eventually one day Catrina’s builder walked a job site and she began running the construction as well!!! It is true, there are very few females in this role, however, Catrina looked at it as it gave her an edge as opposed to being a struggle.
Five years later when the housing market crashed in Texas she took the opportunity to broaden her horizons in the commercial market. This seemed easy enough, but it split into two areas, both are something she was very passionate about – even to this very day. First part: Catrina is so proud to say she is Vice President for a restaurant group called Yucatan Taco Stand. The second part, and shhh… it’s a secret, this is her favorite: is the design and build phase.
Catrina also worked on some great properties which include: Gas monkey Bar and Grill, Yucatan Taco Stands (5 so far) and, the Texas flip and Move TV series as well as numerous residential renovations and new builds. Even her own home!
The one thing that is a must with all her renovations is to reclaim materials and incorporate them into all finish outs!

Texas Flip N Move star Kidd currently lives in Weatherford, Texas with her family. They own a herd company named ‘Kidd’s cattle‘ which regularly participates in quality cattle contests.
