Big Zulu Ungqongqoshe Wongqongqoshe
Ab Crazy, Mnqobi Yazo, FiFi Cooper, Kwesta, Caspper Nyovest, Musiholiq, and Truhitz appeared on his second studio album, Ungqongqoshe Wongqongqoshe, which was released in 2019. Kwesta was featured on the lead single, “Ak’laleki,” which was released. His second single, “Ama Million,” which featured Musiholiq and Cassper Nyovest, was released on August 2 and reached No. 5 in iTunes’ Top 100. The song was given the platinum label.
His third single, “Vuma dlozi,” which features Mnqobi Yazo, was released on August 14 and was deemed platinum by the Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA) after 50 000 copies were sold. The album was nominated for a Best Hip Hop Album award at the South African Music Awards (SAMA26) after receiving a gold certification from the Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA). Big Zulu Mali Eningi
He recorded the song “Mali Eningi” with Riky Rick and Intaba Yase Dubai. On November 20, 2020, Inkabi Records released it as the lead single from his third studio album, Ichwane Lenyoka (2021).
At the South African Music Awards 2021 ceremony, “Mali Eningi” won Best Collaboration. Mali Eningi” was a commercial success, selling 80,000 copies in South Africa and being certified double platinum with over 20 million streams on Spotify. Unclescrooch filmed the music video. Career
Zulu quit his job as a taxi driver in 2008 to focus on his music career. He began writing songs and performing in 2009, winning the Back to the City rap battle contest and the title “King of Rap.” In 2016, his first single, “Donsa Nkabi,” was released.
He announced that he would be working on his third studio album toward the end of January 2021. He released the second single, “Inhlupheko,” on March 11, 2021. It featured Mduduzi Ncube. The song reached number four on the Shazam charts after peaking at number one on the South African iTunes charts.
He tweeted about a new single titled “Umuzi eSandton,” which features Lwah Ndlunkulu, on July 3, 2021. The song came out on July 9, 2021; On his album Ichwane Lenyoka, which came out on September 3, 2021, it was featured. On the Shazam charts, the single “Umuzi eSandton” reached the top spot.
