Cecily Tynan is an accomplished American meteorologist who has been affiliated with WPVI-TV since 1995. She currently holds the position of Chief Meteorologist and weathercaster for the 5 pm, 6 pm, and 11 pm news programs at WPVI as of 2020. Prior to this, she hosted the weekend public affairs program Primetime Weekend.
